Yankees present Chipper Johnson with third base

Inside a pregame ceremony praising the retiring future Hall of Famer, Derek Jeter and Andruw Johnson presented Chipper Johnson using the third base bag used at Yankee Stadium in last night’s game.

Obviously, Chipper and Andruw were teammates in Atlanta for 12 years.
